補羯婆

(Note: 婆 should probably be 娑) (sa) paulkasa, an aboriginal, or the son 'of a (sa) śūdra father and of a kshatryā mother' (M.W.); intp. as low caste, scavenger, also an unbeliever (in the Buddhist doctrine of 因果 or retribution).
